Marisa Hayes is a Senior Research Analyst on the Labor Market Intelligence (LMI) team at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), where she is responsible for creating reports and interactive dashboards on the regional economy and labor market. Marisa holds a bachelor's degree in government from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Virginia. She regularly presents to groups both inside and outside of NOVA about labor market data, trends, and available resources.
