HR professionals have played a key role in helping organizations pivot to virtual work since March 2020. Two challenges have been supporting teams that have transitioned to virtual work and creating new teams. A year into the COVID pandemic, organizations are working out how to support teams that are staying completely virtual and teams that are moving towards a hybrid model of in-person and remote work. One of the opportunities of these COVID-related disruptions is HR’s role in fostering leadership within and around these teams and throughout the organization—something I call Pervasive Leadership™. In today’s webinar, I will show you some ways to create and support your virtual and hybrid teams and leaders so that your organization will:
• meet its business goals while keeping your top talent,
• equip leaders at all levels of the organization with agility, responsiveness, and communication, and
• grow a culture of connection among teams and leaders, whether they meet in person, from home, or from coffee shops.
