This webinar will discuss the recent Families First Coronavirus Response Act from March 18th and other legislative efforts to provide relief to workers affected by COVID-19 as well as best practices for addressing the risks of this illness at work.
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide employees with expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. The Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division (WHD) administers and enforces the new law's paid leave requirements. These provisions will apply from the effective date through December 31, 2020.

In 1992, she dramatically increased group benefit sales and became a partner within a few years. She continues to manage employee benefits, cafeteria plans, as well as retirement plans for 300 local, regional, and multi-state companies.
