Speaker Bio / Qualifications: Sara Bridwell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP serves as the Chief People Officer of Attain, a Consulting Magazine Best Firm to Work For 2019. Prior to joining Attain, Sara owned her own HR consulting firm, where she served a variety of government contracting, high tech and non-profit clients; served as the HR director for the Public Company Accounting Board during its start-up phase, and as an HR leader in the national tax practice of PwC. She originally came to Washington to lead PwC’s college recruiting efforts in this market from her hometown of Orlando, Florida. When she met and married her husband, a long-time Washingtonian, she decided to stay.

Sara earned bachelor’s degrees in chemical science and communications from Florida State University and is the incoming chair of the board of directors for Career Confidence.org, one of the area’s leading career transition ministries.
