About the Speaker:

Jinnae Monroe is an HR professional and founder of Professional By Design, bringing over 10 years of HR leadership experience, 22 years as a tenured graduate professor in Human Resources, and 7 years as an SBA Business and CEO coach. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership (ABD), a master's in Human Services, and a BS in Human Resources. Jinnae is a certified DISC trainer, PROSCI Change Management practitioner, and DDI-certified facilitator, with additional credentials from Cornell in Diversity and Inclusive Leadership.
