Leadership starts with self-awareness. Before we can effectively influence others, we must first understand how we naturally communicate, process information, and show up in relationships.

Join Loudoun SHRM for an engaging and interactive workshop led by Courtney Jordan, Founder of The Jordan Group. In this session, participants will explore their leadership voice using the 5 Voices framework, gaining insight into their strengths, blind spots, and decision-making tendencies.

From there, the session expands outward — helping attendees recognize and respond to differences in others so communication becomes clearer, trust builds faster, and collaboration improves across teams.

This program is reflective, practical, and immediately applicable. Participants will leave with language and tools they can use right away to lead themselves well and engage others more effectively.

Learning Objectives

• Increase self-awareness of leadership communication tendencies
• Apply self-awareness insights to adjust personal leadership behaviors
• Interpret and respond to diverse communication styles in others
• Strengthen trust, alignment, and collaboration across teams
